Institution requesting Shiekh Essam Tawfik speaker is required to do the following:
- Reserve the speaker at least three months prior to the event.
- The host is responsible for the arrangement and the expenses of the speaker’s flight, hotel, food and local transportation.
- Iqraa Wa Rattel is NOT responsible for any other expenses related to the events.
- Once the approval for the speaker is received, payment has to be completed by credit card within 24 hours of the approval receipt.
- Allow for Iqraa Wa Rattel’s marketing material to be distributed.
- Additional costs to the institution may apply when seminars require books or other academic materials.
- If the speaker is from the same city where the event is held, the cost of the event will be discounted by 50%.
